Quality starts before the first interview
Relevant audiences, clear questions, and consistent delivery matter as much as the final report. Our quality approach is agreed around the requirements of each study.
Our Six Quality Safeguards
How we ensure that data collection remains dependable, ethical, and representative from preliminary design to final reporting.
Audience Validation
Screening focuses on authentic decision-making involvement rather than generic titles. Eligibility rules are agreed with the client and verified prior to full interview commencement.
Questionnaire Review
We review questionnaires for balance, clarity, and respondent burden. Leading wording is eliminated, skip patterns are tested, and interview lengths are calibrated realistically.
Fieldwork Monitoring
Active supervision of CATI telephone interviews includes briefing reviews, quota balancing across sub-segments, and systematic review of qualification rates.
Systematic Data Checks
Raw datasets undergo logical validation, consistency screening, outlier checks, and open-ended verification to ensure that only verified responses reach the analysis stage.
Participant Care & Ethics
Research participation is voluntary, informed, and respected. We protect respondent confidentiality, obtain clear consent, and handle personal data in accordance with privacy notices.
Realistic Interpretation
We report what the evidence demonstrates — and explicitly state its limits. We do not overstate precision or present speculative claims as confirmed facts.
